Every bottle is purchased through a retail partner. That partner accepts your payment, packs the box, and manages the shipment. We manufacture the formula in the United States, while the seller handles the delivery details and tracking records.

How the retail arrangement works

The retail partner hosts the product listing and receives your payment. They manage inventory for the 32 oz bottles, the 128 oz refills, and the 34 oz professional spray. Their fulfillment staff packs the parcel and assigns the carrier.

Because the seller controls the shipment, their system generates the tracking details. The progress of the box, the carrier updates, and the estimated delivery date belong entirely to the merchant that accepted your order.

Where to direct shipping questions

Questions about order status or transit delays belong to the retail partner. Their customer support desk holds your purchase history, your address on file, and the live status of the package.

Writing to us about a late parcel adds an extra step to your search. We make the liquid, so we do not have access to merchant accounts, order numbers, or delivery schedules.
